Frequently Asked Questions

Permanent Jewelry is jewelry that is welded together instead of a clasp. It can be a bracelet, anklet, necklace or ring.

Not at all, it is quick, easy and painless!

You can clean your welded jewelry and charms with warm water, a gentle toothbrush, and dish soap. Jewelry polishing cloths also work great to get them polished and back to their shiny selves!

We ensure the integrity of our weld before your appointment is complete. However, things happen! Although our pieces are designed to be permanent, that unfortunately does not mean they are unbreakable. IF your welded jewelry is removed, stretches, or comes off for any reason keep the chain and book a ‘re-weld’ appointment. If the chain breaks on the weld 7 days following an event, we will re-weld for free. Otherwise there is a $15 fee.

Yes- you will have no issues going through security while traveling with your jewelry!

If you need to remove your chain please cut it at the location of the jump ring with a pair of household scissors or a nail trimmer. If it is cut at the location of the jump ring we can put it back on at any time for a small fee of $15. If the jewelry is cut in any other spot other than the jump ring we will not be able to re-weld it on. Please email 10000linksmn@gmail.com for any questions.

No. The chain is cut and custom fit to you, therefore it is non-refundable.

If you are not in love with what you have we are happy to look at other options that would offer a clasp. Please email 10000linksmn@gmail.com to discuss further!
